Former downhill racer Martin Whiteley founded 23 Degrees Sports Management which owns and operates Trek World Racing. His previous teams have been Team G Cross Honda and Global Racing. Lives in Granada, Spain.

An avid runner, Paul Schlitz has worked on many world class teams, including Volvo Cannondale, Trek/VW, Team G Cross Honda, Maxxis Rocky Mountain and now Trek World Racing. Lives in Amiens, France.
Sander Gijs

Background:
Previous teams include Be-One and Dolphin Trek. Sander Gijs drives the big rig in Europe, and wrenches for World Champ Tracey Moseley and Willow Koerber, while overseeing all the mechanics. Lives in Roermond, Holland.

An elite XC racer from California, Ely joined Trek World Racing as an apprentice in 2010 and became full time in 2011. Wrenches for the Flueckiger Brothers and Justin Leov. Lives in Hesperia, CA, USA.

A legend in the sport, having wrenched for many teams including Yeti, GT, and Global Racing. Long time mechanic for Missy Giove and Brian Lopes. Wrenches for Aaron Gwin and Neko Mulally. Lives in Hesperia, CA, USA.

Oli has been the long term mechanic of the Flückiger brothers, and been on Trek World Racing since the team’s inception in 2009 and was a key factor in Mathias winning the Under 23 World Cup title in 2010. Lives in Blumenstein, Switzerland
Amanda Bergeron

Background:
Amanda is a certified massage therapist who graduated with honors from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Colorado. She comes to the team after working with the dual discipline program of Maxxis Rocky Mountain, and has specific roles within the team for recovery, injury management and diet. Amanda is based in the State of New York, as well as Paris France.

Background:
Myles is the 2000 World Champion in Men's Downhill, and has had 14 World Cup podiums in his amazing career in the sport. His role in the team is to work with the Downhill riders, assisting them with their lines in training, observing the training and race sessions for valuable feedback, and mentoring. Myles is married with 2 children and lives in Durango, Colorado.
Vittorio Platania

Vittorio joins the team in the newly created role of Content Manager. This means Vittorio not only produces all of our video material, but also oversees the team's website content and our various social media and video accounts around the web. He has a degree in Philosophy and owns the website triridemtb.com. Vittorio speaks 3 languages and lives in in Sicily in Southern Italy.
